Jonathan Deatherage
Communication Strategist
Jonathan Deatherage has worked with churches and non-profits for over ten years to find communications solutions that connect people with ministry opportunities. He worked on the client side with Monk Development on their platform Ekklesia 360 for several years as a church Communications Director, then joined Ministry Brands as the Communications Strategist for Monk Development in January 2020. He loves to help ministries bridge the gap from digital engagement to spiritual engagement. Jonathan studied Media & Communications at Dallas Theological Seminary, and finds himself often in the awkward space of being both a techy and a Bible nerd. Jonathan lives with his wife, Erin, and their four kids in the Dallas area, and they’re always on the look-out for a great hiking trail, even ones hidden in the suburbs.
Kirsten Johnson

Kirsten grew up in the church as her dad served in the ministry for over 40 years. She's excited about the opportunity to combine her professional work with her faith! Outside of work, Kirsten loves spending time with her family/friends outside of Minneapolis, MN, and attending the various activities her children participate in.
Kristine Duran

Kristine grew up in the Dallas area most of her young life. She's originally from Tampa, Florida and has lived in four different countries. She found her way to Tulsa, Oklahoma by way of Oral Roberts University receiving her BS in Graphic Design and meeting and marrying her husband, Rich. She later found her way to earning her Masters Degree in marketing and discovered a love of working in technology and design. When she's not nerding out about Mac products, design (of all kinds), and finding ways to help people's daily lives be a bit easier through User Experience Design and Research, she is out discovering new parks, restaurants, and coffee shops. She speaks conversational German and is working on her Spanish skills.

When Martha is not at work she can be found getting to know the West Coast better, making music, and on the quest for the perfect cup of coffee.

The Monk
Thought Leader / Bookend
The Monk began his career as a tree. Later in life, he was chopped down and whittled into his current shape to represent St. Francis. At the Monk office his job is to remind us of our service to so many churches and great causes. He likes keeping doors open, preventing papers from flying out of place, and generally making rooms brighter.
