Monk consists of web developers, php/mysql programmers, css fanatics, business leaders and a host of other sundry sorts.

Drew Goodmanson (Executive, Strategy) Drew has led several technology focused companies since 1996. He served as CEO of Pangia, Inc. a company that focused on the integration of technology into the shopping center environment. Drew has also been the President of The Fulcrum Group and SanoBiosciences International. Drew's clients have included companies such as Amazon.com, Unisource, Macerich Company, TPG Ventures and Forward Ventures. Drew currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Renovo Group and serves as an Elder at Kaleo Church.  Drew graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.

Etienne de Bruin (Executive, Development) Etienne graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa with a BS in Computer Science. He started his career in South Africa in the early days of the World Wide Web and related technologies. He ventured to Germany to team up with network security experts in the design of network traffic encryption products. Etienne served as a key technology member of Quidel, leading the integration of several enterprise systems to support corporate strategy.

James Martin (Executive, Operations) James has over ten years experience developing mission critical systems. Prior to joining Monk, James led the Research and Development team at a Dallas based company specializing in Emergency 911 applications. James graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Leon de Bruin (South Africa Operations) Leon has spent more than 35 years obtaining experience in the Chemical-, Iron and Steel-, and Mechanical- Engineering fields. He has a comprehensive background in executive/boardroom duties, business development, company acquisitions, international sales, financial controls, chemical production processes, engineering manufacturing and project management. The last years prior to setting up his consulting companies he functioned as the Executive Officer at an Industrial Manufacturing group of Companies. He graduated from the University of Potchefstroom in South Africa in Master Degree in Chemistry and Business Administration. He currently resides in South Africa and manages our satellite company Monk Development SA, in South Africa.

T.J. Jones (Sales/Business Development) T. J. comes to Monk after serving stints in IT and sales respectively after graduating in 2004 with a degree in Management Information Systems.  Previously, he managed all marketing and sales functions of 2nd generation family business. Recently, he has turned his attention to creating passionate users of web solutions and providing memorable customer experiences. In his spare time he competes as an Amateur bowler, traveling the East Coast in search of his next tournament win.

Benson Lee (Accounts/Sales Engineer) Benson graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BS in Computer Science. His previous work has included software development, operations and administrative work at a non-profit, and customer support. He brings a unique blend of technical and customer skills and is passionate about connecting people through practical applications of internet enabled technology. When he is not working he enjoys gadget nerdery, reading, and deep laughs. Benson currently resides with his wife in San Diego.

Holly Kelley (Accounts/Project Manager) Holly graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. She's most recently worked as a project manager for a healthcare software company installing clinical applications for hospitals across the country, managing the implementations and training clients on the software. In her free time she enjoys running, playing tennis, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.

Grace E. Lee (Project Manager) Grace graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in International Studies: Economics/Sociology. Her previous work in the dental field provided her with experience in customer service, billing, treatment plans, and operations. While she's not working, Grace enjoys running, yoga, traveling, and enjoying life with family and friends.

Shane Bonham (Product Manager, CSS & Development) Shane is our CSS guru. Graduating in 2003 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business Administration, he continues to be a student of the ever-evolving realm of web standards. Shane lives in north county San Diego with his wife, son, and cat.

Adam Randlett (Layout, Design, CSS & Development) Adam graduated from Western State College with a BS in Kinesiology. His web design and development began as a hobby and soon found a passion that gave him a different direction for work. Adam brings experience not only in web development but flash development and video production. Adam enjoys life and the outdoors with his wife and two children in Colorado.

Justin Bodeutsch (Backend, development, php) Justin has experience building backend intranets as well as web standard websites. Justin previously worked for Netbiz, a growing company in Tigard, Or. At Netbiz Justin focused on developing simple tools to help people edit their own web sites. Justin’s skills include CSS, JavaScript, quality, validation, PHP and other backend integration.

Chris Ullyott (Design, CSS & Development) Chris graduated with a BA in Communications from Cal State Fullerton. In college, he spearheaded the redesign of the university's news website before actually starting his first web design course. With backgrounds in photography and design, he is passionate about using technology and art to share life-changing ideas. He loves his wife and family and enjoys hiking, coffee, and good electronic music.

Ricky Ybarra (Implementor) Ricky graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2008 with a degree in Computer Engineering. He has spent a few years working at a couple of start-up companies learning the ins and outs of both client and server side web development. He enjoys the challenge of solving technical problems for people and creating user friendly solutions. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, photography, and being outside.

Marcie Kechely (Billing/Operations) Marcie comes to us from Mason McDuffie Financial Corporation where she was a Commercial Property manager for five years. There she was responsible for managing over 40 million dollars in assets along with all tenant and vendor activities. Prior to this she was Manager of Operations for the Faultline Brewing Company restaurant chain. Marcie attended college at UC Davis.

Jennifer Craycraft (Designer/Design Project Manager) Jenn began interning with Monk while still in school, and her love of the purpose driven work inspired her to stay. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Graphic Design and now works as a junior designer, and is involved in project management. Outside work Jenn and her husband work as youth leaders with Jr. and Sr. high students at Hill Country Community Church.

Heidi Davis (Administrator) Heidi graduated from Trinity Western University in Bristish Columbia, Canada with a Business Adminstration degree where she focused her studies on Entrepeneurship. She also studied abroad for a year at Covenant Bible College just outside Quito, Edcuador. Since college, Heidi started & operated a musicial theatre company in Minneapolis for two years, was part of one of the fastest growing franchisees in America called Snap Fitness, Inc. and now continues to assist her husband Trevor with his full-time music career. When she isn't working, Heidi loves snowboarding, cooking, traveling, playing the Settlers of Catan boardgame, and being with family as much as possible.

Autumn Gossett (Administrator) Autumn comes to Monk with over five years of business administration and office management experience.  She graduated from National University, San Diego with a degree in Global Studies.  Autumn and her husband, Brian, have three children, Elias, Isla and Ellery.  Outside of her family, her passions include: adoption and orphan advocacy, traveling, reading and writing.

Justin Wise (Social Media Director) Justin received his BA in Electronic Media from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary (St. Paul). His previous work experience was serving on staff at the nation's fastest growing Lutheran church as the digital director. With nearly a decade of parish ministry experience, he specializes in digital ministry and social strategy. Justin is a daily blogger at JustinWise.net, producer of the Social Media Summit and co-director of the Center for Church Communication. He lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Kerry, and son, Finnegan.
