Customer Advocate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Qualifier to join our extraordinary team. The Lead Qualifier role is focused on delighting customer leads. In this process they will act in a consultative role, ensuring our products and services align with the potential customer's needs.

The Lead Qualifier will filter and qualify leads that come in to MonkDev through various channels (Web, Phone, Email, etc.), set-up prospect appointments, make prospect calls, hand-off qualified leads to the appropriate sales rep, and close business for the Ekklesia 360 platform.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and input all leads into the CRM tool.
  • Follow up and qualify all incoming leads.
  • Route qualified leads to the proper sales rep.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates.
  • Deliver and execute web-based demonstrations and sales calls as appropriate. 
  • Execute regular fast paced communications with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Articulate a comprehensive understanding of MonkDev's products and services and their relationship to a client's critical ministry issues.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to marketing and product management based on direct experiences with customers and prospects for product improvements.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and sales forecasts

Compensation: Full-time salary position. Excellent benefits, 401k and profit sharing plans.
 
Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • Call Center, Customer Service or Telephone Sales Experience.

Sales / Account Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Superstar to join our extraordinary team. The Sales position is a role that will be focused on generating new business and developing existing client relationships.


Sales Specialists will set-up client appointments, make customer calls, work with engineering to complete proposals, and ultimately close business.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates
  • Articulate a comprehensive understanding of MonkDev's products and services and their relationship to a client's critical business issues
  • Execute regular fast paced communications with prospects, customers, and partners
  • Deliver and execute web-based demonstrations and in-person sales calls as appropriate.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota of new business opportunity
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to marketing and product management based on direct experiences with customers and prospects for product improvements
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and sales forecasts


Compensation: Base salary + commissions. Excellent benefits, 401k and profit sharing plans.

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • College degree, 2+ years of sales experience ideal but not required.
  • You need not live in San Diego, CA.

Implementer  We are looking for a website developer to do PSD to XHTML/CSS conversions, as well as CMS integration.  This is a part-time or contract position.  You can work from home. 

Graphic Designer The designer will be responsible for creating our corporate website, re-designing our web applications (eg. our Content Management System), mobile apps, product websites and many other projects.
